Fully wet your hair with warm water to open up the hair cuticle and loosen build-up. Pour a small amount of shampoo (nickel sized to quarter-sized, depending on hair length) into your palm and amplity it. Apply it on your scalp, massage it with your fingertips in gentle, circular motions. Rinse with cool or lukewarm water. Don't leave any residue behind.
Follow with your regular conditioner to seal in moisture and provide an extra touch of hydration.
Use 2-3 times per week or more, depending on your hair's needs.
